Welcome to the Client Access interactive demo, where you can learn how to view and manage your accounts, review the individual holdings in your portfolio, see how your balances have changed over time, and find other information designed to help you achieve your financial goals. To get started, please click on any tab or highlighted area.
The total balance for all of your accounts is displayed at the very top of the page. If you have both assets and liabilities, then you will see totals for both, as well as your net balance.
If Account Aggregation is enabled, then you can connect to external accounts, such as 401(k)s, banks, mortgages and more. Combining external accounts with your Raymond James accounts gives you a more complete view of your financial world. Click add/edit external accounts to get started or to manage existing connections. Also, you can toggle between viewing only your Raymond James accounts or all accounts. You will see the total balances adjust as you toggle between the two.
Site Preferences allows you to personalize certain areas of the site. You can place your accounts into custom groups, manage the Stock Watch List, edit the columns on the Portfolio page, and turn certain email communications on and off.
The account list provides current balances for all of your accounts as well as an overall balance for the group. By default, accounts are grouped by Assets and Liabilities (if applicable), but you can create/edit groups of accounts in Site Preferences.
You can edit the name of the account by clicking on the pencil icon. Click on Portfolio under the account name to access the Portfolio page for that specific account or click Statements to be taken directly to the Documents page.
Click the expand/collapse arrow next to the account name to view additional details.
The Reports area consists of a Value Over Time graph and an Asset Growth chart for each of your accounts. Use the dropdown menu to select an account and click the gearwheel icon next to the report name to change the default settings.
Quick Links allows you to navigate quickly throughout the site by selecting the appropriate link. To add or change your links, click Edit and follow the directions to tailor this section to your needs.
The Stock Watch List allows you to create a list of equities and mutual funds you’re interested in keeping an eye on. Click the gearwheel icon to start adding equities or mutual funds by name or symbol.
Asset Allocation allows you to see the various asset classes held in your accounts. The chart displays the proportions of each category, including U.S. Equities, Non-U.S. Equities, Fixed Income, Real Estate, Alternative Investments, and cash and cash alternatives. You can click View Details to see more detailed information and filter by asset class and product type on the Analysis page.
